A Message About COVID-19

SAFETY PRECUATIONS ARE IN PLACE

At Atlas, we solve complex challenges every day using state of the art tools and equipment to provide professional tree services safely and efficiently. Today we have a new challenge. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues —impacting our daily lives at work and home—we want to share what Atlas is doing to support the safety and well-being of our staff and of the communities in which we live, work and serve.

Firstly, we closely monitor the COVID-19 public health announcements and we’re following all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and local, state, and federal government officials.

Director of Safety, James Shultz, discusses safety precautions and CDC guidelines we're following to keep our employees and customers safe during the current crisis.

Further, we have dedicated time and resources toward operationalizing measures that will minimize business disruption while ensuring operational safety. Our dedicated in-office and on-site staff of climbers, grounds-people, equipment operators, assessors & other support teams are working tirelessly to make sure all appointments are met, and safety protocols are in place.

Two critical components we are additionally committed to are:

  • Transparency: We will communicate with you clearly and with transparency if or how the current situation might affect the timing or status of your job. If there are any unanticipated industry or COVID-19 related issues that could impact scheduled work, we will communicate with you as quickly as possible and work to find an effective solution.

  • Heightened Safety Measures: We are well prepared and have significant experience in successfully serving clients in even the most difficult environmental situations. Our dedicated Safety team has deployed rigorous, proactive measures to ensure that our workforce is properly screened, is safely attired, and adheres to appropriate protocol directives, including wearing facemasks and sanitizing equipment and shared facilities frequently.

This is a very challenging time for many.  What remains the same is our dedication to “Safety First” – to lead us through these challenges. We are optimistic that by monitoring and addressing this situation daily, we can navigate the inevitable fluctuations together and continue to provide the professional tree care services you’ve come to expect.

Stay safe and stay well.
